How to clear your browser cache

Your browser cache temporarily stores important data from websites so that they will load faster next time you try to access them. Sometimes there is a discrepancy in the data stored in your cache and what is required for Felix to work correctly. To fix this you can clear your cache and allow the important data from Felix to be re-downloaded.


Tip:  The first time you access Felix after clearing your cache, it may take slightly longer to load. This is normal, your browser is re-downloading the important information back into it's cache.


First you will need to know what browser you are using. The most common browsers are shown below:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge


Once you have identified your browser, you can follow these steps to delete the cache:


Warning:  Your cache will be cleared for all websites, not just Felix. You may need to log back into your accounts on other sites.


Google Chrome


  1. Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard, the Clear Browsing Data panel should appear
  2. Change the Time Range to All Time
  3. Make sure the Browsing History checkbox isn't ticked
  4. Click the Clear Data button
  5. Close Google Chrome
  6. Open a new Google Chrome window and try logging back in to Felix



Mozilla Firefox

  1. Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard, the Clear Recent History panel should appear
  2. Change the Time Range to Clear to Everything
  3. Make sure the Browsing & Download Histroy checkbox isn't ticked
  4. Click the Clear Now button
  5. Close Mozilla Firefox
  6. Open a new Mozilla Firefox window and try logging back in to Felix



Microsoft Edge



  1. Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard, the Clear Browsing Data panel should appear
  2. Make sure the Browsing History checkbox isn't ticked
  3. Click the Clear button
  4. Close Microsoft Edge
  5. Open a new Microsoft Edge window and try logging back in to Felix
